Thanks for dropping by. We're glad you're here and we know no one really reads these things. But we've gotta say our piece (and protect your peace). By shopping with PierHouse Products or any of our affiliated brands, such as Next Trakk or Keanes Kreations, you agree to the following terms.
1. Who We Are
PierHouse Products is an Irish heritage brand inspired by a house on the pier in Connemara, where Irish life is lived every single day. We create Irish heritage gifts, St. Patrick's Day apparel, and personalized Irish-themed products for anyone with Ireland in their heart. We design and sell products through print-on-demand and digital fulfillment using partners like Printify and other third-party services.
All references to "we," "us," and "our" include PierHouse Products and any brand spun off from this mothership, such as Next Trakk.
2. Using Our Site
When you visit our website or purchase something from our store, you agree to follow the rules, both the ones below and the ones society has kindly agreed upon (like no hacking, no stealing, and don't be a jerk).
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to make a purchase, or have permission from your cool, responsible adult if you're not there yet.
3. Our Products
We use a print-on-demand model. That means most products are made just for you once you place an order. It's sustainable, efficient, and it gives us room to create weirdly wonderful things without sitting on stacks of unsold stuff.
Colors and images on the site are as accurate as our screens allow, but monitor variations and production tweaks might mean what you see and what you get aren't twins. They're more like cousins—very close, but not identical.
4. Pricing and Availability
We do our best to keep prices fair and inventory info current. But sometimes a price is incorrect, or a product vanishes into the void between warehouses. We reserve the right to fix mistakes, cancel orders, or limit quantities, even after you've clicked "Buy Now." If something funky happens, we'll reach out.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide (unless otherwise noted) using third-party partners. Shipping times are estimates, not pinky promises. We aren't responsible for delays due to customs, weather, intergalactic travel, or whatever else might slow down your package.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because most items are custom made, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or wildly different from what you ordered.
If your order arrives looking like it survived a wrestling match, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pierhouseproducts. We'll make it right.
7. Intellectual Property
Our designs, logos, slogans, and downloadable digital content? All ours. That includes anything under PierHouse Products or any spin-off brand we launch, such as Next Trakk or Keanes Kreations. You may not reproduce, sell, remix, or pretend it's your own. We see you.
If you want to collaborate or license our work, talk to us. We play nice with nice people.
8. User Content & Feedback
If you leave a review, submit a testimonial, or share a pic of your purchase with us, first, thank you. Second, you grant us permission to use it for marketing or promotional purposes. We promise to keep it classy and credit you when appropriate.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
We use third-party platforms like Printify, Shopify, email tools, and other digital wizards to make your experience better. We're not liable for what they do, but we work with reputable partners and do our best to keep everything humming smoothly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Let's keep it real: We're an Irish heritage brand, not a medical service, legal team, or spiritual guru (even though our Galway Hooker designs are pretty magical). We aren't liable for indirect damages, losses, or consequences from using our site or products.
Use common sense. Consult professionals for big life decisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be here, and it's your responsibility to check in from time to time. If you keep using our site after changes go live, that means you're cool with the new terms.
