In Connemara, on Ireland's west coast, there's a house that sits right on the pier.
From its windows, you can see the docked Galway Hookers rising and falling with the tide. It's a real place, with real history, where Irish life isn't remembered or reenacted, but lived every single day. Where heritage isn't a marketing story. It's just life.
That house, that feeling, represents the Ireland we grew up with, the one we’d later build PierHouse Products around.
We're Irish by blood and American by address. Both my husband and I were raised on Irish wit, music, and stories. On tea at the kitchen table and laughter that carries from one generation to the next. Being Irish isn't just something you are. It's something you feel, deep, proud, rooted, and real.
