Refund policy

At PierHouse Products, each item is made to order, crafted with care and a little nostalgic magic just for you. That means we don’t keep an inventory, and we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size or having a change of heart.

But don’t worry, we’ll always make things right if something goes sideways.

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There’s a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent
  • The print quality is not up to par

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at  returns@pierhouseproducts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (item, print, and packaging if damaged)
  • A brief description of the problem
