How It Works

At PierHouse Products, most of our products are lovingly made just for you using Print-on-Demand magic. That means your order isn’t sitting in a warehouse, it’s custom created once you click “Buy Now.” So while we don’t ship at warp speed like the big guys, we do make it worth the wait.


Processing Time

  • Print + Prep Time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Time (after it's made):
    • USA: 3–7 business days
    • Canada: 5–10 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (depends on where you live and how nice your customs folks are)

P.S. Holidays, weather, and retrograde planets may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience—we’re not Amazon, but we are awesome.


Where We Ship

We ship to most places on planet Earth. If your location isn’t eligible, we’ll let you know before checkout. (Or you can email us and we’ll see what we can do.)


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We don’t believe in surprise fees, unless they’re the birthday kind.


Multiple Packages? That’s Normal.

Your order might arrive in more than one package. Why? Because different products may ship from different print partners. Don’t panic if your tote shows up before your tee, it’s all part of the plan.


Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. If you don’t see it within a few days, check your spam folder or give us a shout at orders@pierhouseproducts.com


Shipping Issues

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered,” but we’ll do our best to help you work it out with the carrier. If your order is damaged, let us know within 7 days and include photos, we’ll replace it faster than you can say “vintage vibes only.”
